RETURN POLICY

Because each Nature Bag™ or handicraft is unique, it is impossible for an internet buyer to see and select the exact item being purchased. If you receive a product that never will be right for you, let us know within 10 days what you want different and we will do our best to exchange it for you.

All returns must be pre-authorized via email (service@naturebag.org) and show a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on the address label. The return address to use will be provided with your RMA.

 

Here is the agreement between us, the seller, and you, the buyer, for returned merchandise:

1. We must receive any returned item within 30 days of delivery.
2. Unless it is defective, a returned item must be unused and undamaged.
3. A defective item will be replaced without charge.
4. A non-defective item that is returned for exchange is subject to a $10 handling
    fee. If you need expedited shipping, you also will be charged the difference
    between its cost and the cost of standard shipping.
5. If you want a refund, it will be subject to a 25 percent restocking/handling fee.

Please be aware that most of what might be considered “irregularities” in factory produced merchandise are intentional marks of individuality by the maker of a Nature Bag™ or other handicraft. “Irregularities” should be welcomed as elements of personal design rather than flaws.

Please read the Physical Characteristics section and understand that we will consider an item “defective” only if it has a structural flaw that prevents it from being used as a carrying device as we present it or that clearly will cause the item to be unusable as such a carrying device within an unusually short period of time.
